TurboTax not allowing me to complete state taxes

I purchased an online version of TurboTax Deluxe which includes one state.  I have completed and filed my Federal taxes.  My state taxes are due May 2.  Turbo Tax will not allow me to complete my state taxes without paying $45 for TurboTax to complete them or purchasing the same state again for $40.  How do I get out of this loop?
