I recommend going back through the questions again- often one answer will incorrectly disqualify you. If you still do to see it, post here again.
I have, several times. Still getting the same issue. Turbotax said it was an issue, and it was fixed. I am still having the issue.
As you say, this problem has been resolved. Are you using the Online product or the CD/download product?
The fix to the Online product should have applied some time ago, so in this case, I would review the requirements for getting the credit.
If you are using the CD/download product, I have to wonder if your program has been updated.
In the step-by-step mode, go to Online (at the top left) and click on "Check for Updates".
If that doesn't help, then come back because there is an alternative way to apply updates. And tell me if you are using Windows or a Mac.
