Turbo Tax Screwed up my Oregon State Tax

Turbo Tax **bleep**ed up my State Tax filing, and now I have to pay back with interest what they screwed up. I decided to get in touch with Turbo Tax to see if they would at least pay the interest, since it was their mistake. After 10 minutes in a loop of prompts, they informed me that I'd need to pay them to talk to someone. So let me get this straight, you screwed up and yet I need to pay you FURTHER money to talk to you abou that screw up? Is this the way that Turbo tax does business? I'm ready to shout from the rooftops that Turbotax is not to be trusted.

Yeah, I’m not interested in jumping through ALL of their hoops so they can give me the $23 in interest back.  If they wanted to cover the interest I will incur in paying this debt back over time, then I’d probably do it.  This **bleep** is not worth my time.
