I dont have a TC40 form and dont need one, I already paid to file. How do i fix this issue so it will let me file it?

I think you are referring to a Utah individual tax return form TC-40. If so, you need to navigate to the state tax return section once logging into TurboTax. There you will see an option to delete the state form and that should resolve your issue.

There is an error on the utah TC40 form line 34. It automatically adds $1,846 and it won't let you delete it because when you click "SAVE" it puts it back
