This is for NH. Keeps going in circles. "Do you want to review state return now? Yes. Done. Press continue. Do I want to review state return now?" keeps going around in circles!

State return review is not working. Anyone else have this problem?

Sometimes clearing out the cache and cookies can handle many issues that seem nonsensical on a regular basis.  First close your return and follow the steps below to see that you need to do depending on the version of TurboTax you are using:

 

  • If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.
    • You can also try using a different browser
  • If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.
    • Make sure you have ran all the updates

Already upgraded. After review, it keeps coming back to "Let's finish NH now." I click that, and it starts the process all over again.

State return review is not working. Anyone else have this problem?

Upgrade is not the same so we need to get you to jump through the technical hoops. Follow these steps:

 

Desktop version: 

  1. Save your return while closing the program.
  2. Update the program
  3. Open
  4. Enter the information again.

Online version:

A full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, so sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).

For stuck information follow these steps:

 

  1. Log out of your return and try one or more of the following:
    • Don't use Internet Explorer.
    • Clear cache and cookies,
    • Sign in using a different browser.
    • Sign in using a different device.
  2. Log back into your return.
    • Enter the information again.
