The Form 760, that is not the correct form to delete.

Just like everyone else here, I am almost done with my returns and run into this 'educator smart wks line b-sp' thing that has no form to delete like you suggested. I see others mentioning about hearing of a following monday resalution to this issue. As a long-time VA resident and TurboTax user, this whole thing is all sorts of wonky. Can we get a precise reason or explanation on what this is and how to fix it?

Filing from VA and you could’ve guessed it. This same problem everyone else is having is happening to me as well. I was told it could take up to a week 😒 Sure hope not!

Me neither kinda strange. Same thing is preventing me from filing i dont have educator expenses, i guess some glitch in the system or what? Ive already paid for turbotax to file my state so why am i seeing this.

please do not provide a solution which does not work. there are no options to be able to delete the name you spoke on. please fix this.

Same problem here and very frustrating for folks filing in Virginia. Turbo Tax needs to fix this problem ASAP.  Turbo Tax seems to be more cumbersome and vague this year and this just adds to the frustration. Sad but I will probably be looking to use another tax software next year.

I’m having the same issue , I’m filing from VA that form is not on the list at all .Please fix  immediately . I have checked numerous of times and I’m not an educator. I have tried to by pass the form option and an error keeps popping up .

I'm having the same problem. I did not enter any educator expenses on either my federal or state return, yet I keep getting an Educator Smart Wks Ln B-SP error message. In addition there is no form related to educator expenses listed under either my federal or state return. I'm located in Virginia.

I am also having the same issue while trying to e-file in Virginia. The not so funny part is I have already paid to file both federal and state so I’m stuck filing with turbo tax whenever they decide to fix the issue. This is super annoying
