I have an Arizona S-Corp formed in 2010. The company has client across the U.S. When I lived in AZ, filed an AZ state return along with the Federal return. I permanently move to Georgia in April of this year. The S-Corp is still continuing to exist as an AZ S-Corp. Do I need to file a Georgia state return and an AZ State return or both along with Federal 2020 return? Or do I need to file one or the other? Thanks.

Your S-Corp is still an AZ S-Corp. And you need to file only a AZ state return (form 120S) for the S-Corp. Only the owner(s) of the S-Corp have moved, not the S-Corp.
Thanks!
