Mississippi needs copy of Louisiana tax return for credit

I used turbo state tax filing for both Louisiana nonresident and Mississippi resident.  Turbo tax does not include my Louisiana return with my Mississippi return, but I do think they told me so.  But why?  Why can't TurboTax send both state returns to MS?  Is MS not capable of receiving the LA return electronically?

I forgot to send in my LA return to MS and got dinged a bit for being late and owing money that I ended up not owing.
