I work in NYC but live in PA. What are my tax obligations??

My employer and job are based in NYC, but my permanent residence is in PA.  What are my State and NYC tax obligations?

You will file a non resident NY return AND a resident PA  return and in the program you MUST complete them in that order so the credit for the NY taxes paid goes on the PA return correctly.
