I can't delete business related non-refundable credits for MA state tax filing

When I file MA state tax, I accidentally add a business related non-refundable credits. But, I can't delete anymore. Even after I delete it, when I go back, it still shows it with 0 credit. There must be a bug in the software. With this, I can't e-file my tax return.
