Form 8453 thread

I can't see a way to attach the form to Turbo Tax.  It is not in my forms file.  I found the form on IRS site and printed it, it says DO NOT SIGN.  I have mailed in my checks, just want to get this filed!!!

you don't. It's strictly for mailing with whatever documents have been checked off. read the instructions
