For Pennsylvania do I only include income sourced from Penn?

Non Resident of Pennsylvania.  But have a K-1 rental loss.  For wages (line 1b in the forms) do I enter zero, since I did not work in Penn?

You enter only Pennsylvania source income (loss).

With TurboTax you enter all your income into the federal portion of the return.  Then you make adjustments on the state returns to show what income sourced to each state.
