Re-files state Electronically

I e-filed my Fed and State (OH) taxes this morning.  The Fed was accepted and state was rejected.  I have corrected the issue with the state but when I try to refile electronically it says you can only e-file state with your Fed return.  What do I have to do to re-file electronically?

TurboTax is aware of and  investigating the issue with not being able to e-file the state after e-filing the federal.  Here is an updated article:

I have checked my return for errors and found none, but still cannot file my state return because the program wants me to select my federal return for filing, but I filed that a month ago.   What is the problem.
