Hi. Having the same problem as link below (repeating loop that says "software up-to-date" but can't even get to the (free) state file. Did Uninstall and Reinstall twice, including in Selective Startup Mode. Using TT Deluxe 2019 (on Win 10 Home) from Amazon. Very frustrating. Any help appreciated!
