While completing Arizona return in Turbo Tax Premier, noted that TT is subtracting a significant amount from gross income. We have no subtractions from Income (Fed to State). Line 36: Other Subtractions from Income. When I right click on the "Other Subtractions from Income" and navigate to Data Source, a pop-up displays "Other Subtractions" and provides a link to "Other Subtractions Statement (140) Total. When I click on the link, the form "Other Subtractions from Income displays (Form 140 Line 36). But it is blank! As it should be - we have no subtractions. The significant subtraction is 53.8% of gross income. The obvious purpose of the "Subtractions from Income" is to arrive at Arizona Adjusted Gross Income. But again, we have no subtractions. Why is Turbo Tax filling Line 36 in with an amount that is 53.8% of gross income? BTW, the amount is a perfectly even amount. Where is this coming from? This is an error but what is producing it?
