Access to state filing for Mac

I am unable to access the state (MA) even though I paid for it upon purchasing TurboTax. Note: I am using a Mac.

When the screen for the state return appears, the menu options are three: "Edit," "Purchase State," and "Done with States" -- none of which is applicable because I have already purchased the state return and it has been downloaded.
