Printing problems

Hello, 

I have finished my returns and would like to mail in. Turbo tax is not releasing the information to my printer.

When you are in the File section and click on Print/Save for your records, then click on the Print button.

With the Print window opened, select All official forms required for filing and click on Preview Print Copy, do you see the tax return pages?  If so, click on the Printer icon.  What happens?

I have tried it multiple times to print. Following all instructions. And it still did not allow me to print.

You do have Adobe Reader installed for any PDF's, correct?
