I have Premier CD from Amazon; do I really have to pay extra for all my state returns.  This is the second time I have asked about this.  Can I get an answer soon?

I can't get to that; as soon as I go to States, it says it needs me to enter my credit information after it says it must first save.  The state's window says "See amount" as a link and then goes to the needing my credit info.

OK. it looks like it is trying to charge you for a free state. Here is my suggestion. Contact phone support to see if they can push you  a download for your free state. Use that terminology and explain that you have a CD Turbo Tax product that specifies that you are entitled to one free state. Please select this link for information to contact phone support. Next year, order a CD or download from Turbo Tax instead of through a retailer. You have much better support if you do..

Look on the box that your CD came in and see if one free state is a benefit for that product.

The answer is "yes"; it states "Includes: 1 state product via download (print free or e-file for $19.99 each)".  I lived in 2 states during this tax year and I wish to pick which of the 2 I use for my freebee.

    Your advice?

What happens when you try to use the one free download?
