If e-filing Ma. state taxes how do I submit required M-1310 (deceased spouse) with my e-file return?

Is there a way to notate these forms so the MassDOR will attach them to my efile return?

Please accept my condolences for your loss!  You will not be able to e-file Form 1310. You can still e-file the tax return and mail Form 1310 separately or you can mail the form in with the tax return.
