Pennsylvania State Tax gov't employee living abroad, left PA in 2020, not owned properties but still have PA drivers licen. Am I PA Full resident, part time or Non res?

Do I live the "county" blank since when filing, since I'm no longer live in PA.

You do not have to file a Pennsylvania income tax return if you left the Keystone State permanently in 2020. Having a PA driver’s license does not make you a PA resident.

If you are temporarily out of the country but are filing a full-year resident return, choose PA nonresident on the screen “What county did you live in?”

You will not be asked the county question if you are filing a non-resident PA return.
