I can’t finish taxes because it’s telling me to fix PA return.  It’s telling me on Gross Compensation form 1099R the state ID should be N or No entry. 
where do i do this ???

You will need to go back to the federal section and select Income>>Retirement Income>>1099-R and then edit your 1099R to remove the state ID.
