Our state return was accepted 11 days ago, and the payment has yet to be deducted from our bank account.  What is the delay?

Since your return has been accepted, TurboTax does not get any information about your return or information about your payment.  You would have to check your State's website, there you can see if they have a option to check on your payment.  You can also contact your State about your payment.
