Paying Capital Gains in Maryland for a non-primary residence in Florida
I am selling a non-primary residence in Florida. I am a Maryland resident with my primary residence there. Will I have to pay capital gain taxes to Maryland in addition to the Feds? I'm assuming I will but wanted to double check. Thx, Jeff W

Yes, you will be taxed by Maryland since state tax is calculated according to input on the federal return.
