I am a Florida resident, with a Florida business that issued a K1 which of course shows on my Federal Income. Filing a non-resident PA state return will not allow e-file due to the Federal K1 but the K1 is not related to PA. It seems like TT should allow me to delete the K1 form my state return. I am unable to do so. I have identified the business as having zero for all inputs to PA. However there is no option to remove it from the state return.
Any ideas how to remove it from affecting PA non-resident return?

Yes. The removal of any K1 that is part of your federal return but not taxable as a nonresident to Pennsylvania (PA) can be removed on the PA return. As a nonresident you will report only income that is taxable as PA source income such as income from property located inside PA.
Follow the steps below to remove this income from your PA nonresident return.
See the images below. This should eliminate the K1 income from your PA return.
Hello @DianeW777 ,
How can I exclude a federal K-1 from my MA return?
I'm having a very similar issue with my nonresident MA return. I have a LLC in LA (my domicile), but when filing my non-resident MA return, I'm unable to properly exclude my income from the LLC (non-MA source).
There is an option to "Exclude" my LLC income from the MA return, but clicking "Exclude" incorrectly lowers my MA return's total income on line 14e, which should match my federal AGI.
Thanks!
If you are excluding the income reported on a federal Schedule K-1 from your MA state tax return, the income on the state return should be lower than what is reported on your federal return.
