PA Local Tax - Delaware Resident

Hello - As a Delaware resident who works in PA, as I file my Delaware return it asks for taxes paid to PA. Do the local taxes taken out of my paycheck count as taxes paid to Pennsylvania? The local tax does not go to the state but the local municipality I work in so I'm not sure if that is included.

No.  Delaware will not give a credit for local taxes paid, just state income taxes.
