Over the road truck drivers are subject to taxes from their home state.

does that include local taxes?

in Kentucky there is an OLF city tax that is from my understanding a tax for working within city limits, would a KY resident that is also an over the road truck driver be subject to that? school taxes?

The Kentucky city taxes applies to both residents and people who work in the city, so you would have to pay the local and school tax where you live, even if you do not work in the city.
