Oregon State Kicker Tax Filing Error

Hi, I was married in 2020 and filed joint; I am now single filing single for 2021.  I made a mistake and electronically submitted my 2021 Oregon State tax form with the incorrect State Tax amount to claim my portion of the kicker.  The form has been accepted by Oregon State, but is still pending.  How can I fix the submitted form?  Thank you!

You can't stop the transmitting of the return even when it shows as pending.

Did you claim too much or too little? 

If you claimed too much, you'll need to file an amended state return or maybe you can work out something with your ex and have him/her claim the difference so the total amount claimed by you both is not over the tax claimed on your joint 2020 return.
