OR-41

I am trying to do the taxes for my mom's estate. I purchased the Business Edition of TurboTax after asking and being told that the State forms would be offered once I completed the Federal forms. I used the program to complete the Federal Estate forms. But when I went to get the state estate forms for Oregon, I was told that they are not on TurboTax. So, I just paid over $100 for a program that doesn't offer me the help I really need. I don't know what help anyone can give me but consider this a warning if you purchase the Business Edition to get help filing state forms. Very disappointed and frustrated because the state forms are where I need the most help.

Thank you. I hope this can be fixed because the OR-41 is the form I really need help with. The 1041 was much more user friendly.

I don't see that Estate/Trust returns are listed under Oregon.  So I don't understand what needs to be reported.  Excerpt to include it.

Oregon requires form OR-41 to be filed for estates and trusts. I specifically purchased the Business Edition to be able to complete the Oregon forms and to doublecheck that I did the 1041 correctly. The Oregon OR-41 is a bit confusing. Before I purchased it, I checked to see if state forms were available for the Business Edition, and was told that the state form would be available to purchase after I completed the Federal form. But, when I completed the 1041 and went to get the state forms, I was told there were none available for Oregon. So, over $100 later, I am still pretty much in the same boat I was before I spent the money.

Yes, the information in the link you posted is exactly what needs to appear on the purchase page (obviously it does not):

That is what needed to be reported.

Just an FYI......If you use a Mac, federal form 1041 and Oregon State Form 41 are not available in any version of Turbo Tax....a real bummer.

I have the same issue.  I've been purchasing the Federal Business software for estates to get the 1041 form, but there isn't a state for OR41 available and that is a form I need.  I have had to print out the form from the OR Dept of Revenue and do them by hand.  Then I have to mail it in because I can't file electronically.  It is very frustrating.  The OR41 needs to be available online.

That is the problem, there is no OR41 available to file with the Federal 1041.

Correct; TurboTax Business does not support Oregon Fiduciary returns.
