Online vs Purchased Disc

I began filing today online and was going to get a refund from the Utah State Tax... But I had purchased the Home/Business version, so i installed it, imputes all of my information, and although identical to what i entered earlier today, my state return never recognized a refund. It says I will get zero dollars back, and also won't let me e-file.

Little frustrated that I'm having an issue with something i paid for.

I am sorry you are having a problem with this. The online and desktop versions of TurboTax use the same calculations. So, the program may need to be updated.

Please do your updates by clicking on the "Online" menu option and then "Check for Updates."

If your federal return is OK, then there must be something that is entered differently in your state program. I suggest you go back through your entries in both programs and make sure you picked the same choices and entered the same numbers.
