Oklahoma Tax Form 561

I am trying to file my taxes and it is making me fill out Oklahoma Tax Form 561 for all my capital gains and losses, but they are not in the state of OK. It asking me to fill in a location and it will not let me skip this step. Is there anyway to delete rows from this form?

What do you mean by they are not in the state of OK? Were you a resident of 2 states during the tax year?
