In working through Oklahoma Form OW-8-P, Underpayment of Estimated Tax Worksheet, when the annualization method box is checked in section one, I note that part I line 10c is hard coded. Line 10c is hard coded as one quarter of taxes withheld. Line 10c should be the sum of line 10a and 10b. When using the annualization method, the result is not intended to be the one quarter of taxes withheld that is hard coded. While one can override the hard coded amount and enter 10c correctly as the sum of line 10a and 10b, my understanding is that any override prevents one's ability to e-file. How can this form be corrected so that line 10c correctly sums line 10a and 10b and allows a user to e-file?

The instructions for line 10 say, "You are considered to have paid one-fourth of your withholding on each payment due date unless you can show otherwise." What TurboTax is doing is using one-fourth of your withholding and adding the number you enter for your estimated payments.
If you change line 10a from $400 to $500, TurboTax adds 10b to $400, not the number you have entered ($500).
If it is important to you to report the actual withholding by quarter, you may have to print and mail in your Oklahoma return.
TurboTax is incorrectly using one fourth of the withholding because the annualized method box has been selected in section one. The actual amounts per period have been entered on line 10a. TurboTax should, when the annualized method box is checked in section one, sum lines 10a and 10b (actual amounts entered) to determine line 10c amounts.
TurboTax should be updated to correctly some lines 10a and 10b on line 10c. The response to print and mail the return is not an acceptable solution.
