Hello
I and my husband file together. He is only one eligible for Oklahoma aerospace tax credit. However when I enter the unused and credit established current year, both of our Oklahoma are used.
How do I do to have his credit applied only
Thank you so much!

Although your husband's name should appear on Form 564, Credit for Employees in the Aerospace Sector, the credit is transferred to Line 16 of Form 511-CR, Other Credits Form, which doesn't specify which taxpayer the credit is for.
As long as you provide Form 564 and use the proper credit amount for your husband only, you should be fine. Form 564 isn't available for electronic filing, so you'll need to print and send your state return. See TurboTax's Tax form availability app and the TurboTax Help article Can I file my federal taxes now and skip my state for later? for state filing guidance.

Thank you for your quick response!
So there are no ways for us to select him only in order to file electronically?
No, even if the form specified the credit was only for him, you would not be able to e-file the form. TurboTax does not e-file that form. You can still e-file your federal return, but the only way to e-file the OK state return is to not claim the credit. You could also, e-file the state return now, without the credit, and then file a paper amendment later.
