OK State rejected amended return

I had to amend my return because I forgot to add a 1099-C. Federal accepted it without issue but OK state rejected it. The email Turbo Tax sent gave the code "OK_Amend_IRSSubmissionId" and when I log in I do not see the "fix it" option the email talks about. It says it is waiting for a product update but does not give any detail about when or how this can be fixed. I have received a second email telling me to update my return due to the rejection but still have no way of knowing how to fix it. There is only one other submission I can find about this but every time I try to click it, it takes me to a corporate log in screen. I need to know what to do next, like do I just wait or do I need to amend it again or mail it in?

It is still showing as rejected and does not have a fix option on the home page. Do I just try amending it again or is it supposed to have the fix option? I am just not sure what, if anything, I am supposed to do on my end to get it to go through properly.

They may not accept amendments that are e-filed. I would print and mail.
