I'm really confused on this as this is the last thing I have before I finish my return.
I've got 2 numbers in my Box 19 on my W-2, both of which have 2 different localities near me.
I live in 2 school districts but the kids all go to one of the school districts. How do the numbers work? My school district doesn't have an income tax rate yet I have 2 numbers showing up, so I am very confused.

Ohio has both city and school district (SD) local taxes. Your employer is only required to withhold city tax for the city you work in. Any other withholding is voluntary (for either the city or SD you live in). You need to verify what the box 20 localities are. You may have to ask your employer. I suspect one is the city you work in and the other is the SD you live in.
You cannot live in two SDs, unless you moved during the year.
