NYS IT-272 Calculated incorrectly. 2 Students summarized to one

I have Entered 2 separate 1098-T forms for my 2 children who are both in college at 2 different schools.

The IT-272 entry shows only one Student with a total of the 2 amounts.  The student listed, is listed with the other students school name.

When reviewing the College Tuition Qualified Expenses Optimization Worksheet, it shows 2 lines listed with the same student listed twice with their name and ssn, but one line for each of the 2 schools, one which they didn't attend.

I can find no way to correct this.  Please provide some assistance.

I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the  directions below:

TurboTax Online:

Sign into your online account.

Locate the Tax Tools on the left-hand side of the screen. 

A drop-down will appear. Select Tools  

On the pop-up screen, click on “Share my file with agent.”

This will generate a message that a diagnostic file gets sanitized and transmitted to us.

Please provide the Token Number that was generated in the response.

TurboTax Desktop/Download Versions:

Open your return.

Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select “Send Tax File to Agent”

This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created.  Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.

Please provide the Token Number that was generated in the response.

I was able to change the state form manually and saved this.  Not sure if the file will help diagnose it now.

I hate to change it back just to create the file.
