NY IT-203

I’m a full time resident of FL who sold a house in NY (doesn’t qualify as a primary home) and I need to file a NY IT-203 “Non-resident Income Tax Return”. I purchased TurboTax Premier 2024 software. If I download NY State Returns software will it do a NY IT-203 return?

Yes, you can prepare a New York nonresident tax return (IT-2030 in TurboTax Premiere.
