Having same issue. Says I need to update, but update indicates I'm "up to date". Can't proceed to file until fixed

When will this get fixed??? This is unacceptable. Can I get a refund since your program doesn't work?

When will this be fixed? We are simply asking for an ETA. I've been checking for over a week and it's a complete waste of my time. It's unacceptable that you don't allow someone to file for NYS after paying for e-file. Create a warning message when someone tries to pay to e-file NYS taxes rather than taking money for something you cannot do!
