NY IT-196 not ready yet

Clearly this is an error, covid or no covid. How do i file my NY returns? Please fix this error intuit! this is ridiculous!

I recommend updating your software.  

You can do this by selecting the Online menu at the top.  

Then select Check for Updates.

Please comment if this does not rectify the issue.

This was the first thing i tried. I updated it at least 5 times in the last month with no impact. It updates federal forms but keeps giving me this.

You will need to contact us for help with your software.

Click the Help button on the top menu bar.

1. Then select TurboTax Help Center.
2. A popup window will pop up and allow you to type in a search or ask for help.
3. Once you type in your information here, you will also be prompted to have someone call you if needed on the next screen.  You will need to enter your information in this section.

This will allow you to get product support to ensure your software has been updated to the latest version.
