If I live in PA and won $1500 playing bingo in NY, do I have to fill out a NY state return?

If I live in PA and won $1500 playing bingo in NY, do I have to fill out a NY state return?

No, if you are a Nonresident of NY, your gambling winnings are not counted as NY source income and are not taxable in NY.  

You will, however, have to include them on your PA return.
