Turbo Tax Deluxe 2022 message said that we are ineligible for e-filing. We do have the pass-through business alternative income tax credit.
I saw discussions saying folks were having this problem in Feb of last year. Was it ever resolved?

It would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2022" file that is experiencing this issue.
You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions:
Go to the black panel on the top of your screen and select Online.
We will then be able to see exactly what you are seeing and we can determine what exactly is going on in your return and provide you with a resolution.

Can you verify your token number please or just create a new one? This token does not have PTE income nor is it a joint return (you say "we" in your post).
Yes, joint return. PTE from 2 companies.

This token is for a single person with AGI of $7,530. It is the same file the previous token was created for and not the return that your questions apply to.
