I was audited by nys I submitted the requested info, today they closed my audit case and said I will get a letter with there findings. Does this mean I will not get my refund?

No, it means you have to wait for the letter with their determination. Sorry, I know it is frustrating to wait.

I've never been audited before this year but this is the first year I provided child care. I sent it my contracts and ledgers but not the reciepts ( they told me they dont matter) I also had to prove my children & proof of residents if i call would they be able to tell me.....the waiting definitely is frustrating when its money I could use like everyone else haha. Thanks for your help

Since they told you the case was closed, that should mean there is a resolution. It does not hurt to call. First year in business is always full on anxiety and this on top!! Best wishes!!!
