Need to delete form M1PR from MN state return before efiling. Deleted from "forms", but program insists I emend this unnecessary M1PR before processing my PAID efiling!

How to I efile my MN state return WITHOUT including this unnecessary/unwanted M1PR form?

Open your MN tax return and continue until you get to the screen  Other Forms You May Need (towards the end of the interview), uncheck the Property Tax Refund box. Then, Delete the M1PR form again.

I have this same issue, and it will not let me uncheck the box you list, so every time I try to run the check it brings me back to the same spot (which I have already deleted in the forms)

I can see the issue you are experiencing with form M1PR and we are looking into it. I would recommend that you print and mail in your state return without the M1PR form.

Please follow the steps below to delete form M1PR: 

1. Open your return and select State Taxes
2. Click Edit next to MN return.
3. On the screen Minnesota Property Tax Refund Return select Take me to Property Tax Refund. 
4. On the Following screen Property Tax Refund select I don't need to file for the Property Tax Refund and continue.
5. Confirm that you need to delete form M1PR.
