State is asking for paper work certification

Which state, and exactly what do they need certified? Are they asking you to prove your income? TT cannot do that, since it relies solely on your data input and interview answers.

Please clarify. What state are you referring to and what paper work certification is it asking for?

I already clicked "File Fed and State together," and learned that I don't need to file State tax return at all. How do I remove it from Turbo Tax?
