My tax return says I need to review a section and add info on Form 310 Credit for Solar Energy Devices, but I never said that I received Solar energy devices in 2020

it won't let me finish my tax return unless I enter the year beginning/ending and the address I had Solar energy devices set cup but I never stated in my taxes that I had that done. My boyfriend is having the same issue. Is this a glitch? did we click something wrong?

This is a known issue.  Please click on the link below for updates.  TurboTax will advise you when the issue has been rectified.

Arizona updates for Form 310

You can also try the following as it may rectify the issue as well.

After you log into TurboTax and select the Federal section located in the black panel on the left:

  1. Select Deductions & Credits
  2. Scroll through all tax breaks until you see the section titled Your Home.
  3. To the right of Home Energy Credits, select revisit
  4. The next screen will be titled Energy-Saving Home Improvements.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "No, we did not make energy-efficient improvements or have any carryforward."
  5. This should remove the credit from being pulled into your state tax return.
