My DC income tax return is still pending but my federal income tax return was accepted on 2/12. It's over a week now and the DC income tax website is accepting State income return now. Anything wrong and what is the hold up?

Pending simply means that your e-filed return is on its way and that the government hasn't accepted or rejected it yet. Sometimes state returns stay in Pending for several days or even longer, especially at the beginning of the filing season. Please see this TurboTax Help article for more details. What does "Pending" mean?
