My address is **** and my school district number is 1815 but when I put it in it’s not working

This is a public forum. You should delete you private info (address) from your post.

SD 1815 is a non taxing district. You should not be oreparing a SD return.

TurboTax (TT) does not automatically prepare a School District return, you must initiate it.

At the screen, in the Ohio program, titled  "A few things before we wrap up your state taxes"
      scroll down to School District taxes.
Or later at the screen  "Your 2019 Ohio Taxes are ready for us to check"
    -Click Other situations
    -Scroll down to School District taxes.

You will reach a screen that gives you the choice to include or exclude the SD return. Click exclude.

If you don't have a form SD100, on your list of Ohio forms, you didn't file one.
