I've filed my federal and colorado returns. Can my daughter use my software to file 2 state returns for her. Her tax software doesn't do 2 state returns.

You can e-file up to 5 returns using TurboTax Desktop, which is one of the advantages of TurboTax CD/Desktop.

I've filed one federal and one state. I want to see if my daughter can use the software to file 2 state retursn. If so, how does she sign in etc.

She'd either have to use your computer or you provide her the registration code to start a return. If she uses your computer, with one state already downloaded (if that's one of her states), a second state would need to be purchased to prepare the second state return.
