I'm moving to Utah from Seattle, and will be a remote employee.
If I notify my employer, and they change the tax deductions to account for Utah's state tax, will I end up owing? Or, is there anything else that I will need to do come tax-filing time?

If your employer will not or cannot withhold Utah income tax for you, be aware that you must prepay 90% of your Utah tax due by the due date of your 2019 Utah return. See "Prepayment Requirements" in this web reference (note that the dates in the reference have not yet been updated for 2019): https://incometax.utah.gov/filing/extensions-and-prepayments
