MO Tax Forms Not Available, Cannot Print Payment Voucher

I filed my tax returns on January 29th. At the end I got an error that my state forms were not ready, but they still filed and I got a text and email confirmation that the returns were accepted.

I was able to print my federal tax return, but not the state (MO), I could only preview them. TurboTax gave the option to be alerted when the forms were ready to download so I opted in for that. I received the attached email on February 11 that the forms were ready, but when I logged in they still said preview only, but now I can't even preview them, I get an error.

I've spoken to support twice on the phone and they have been absolutely no help. The first person told me if the forms were not ready to file they should be rejected and I'll have to file again, and the second person told me that the email I received was "just a reminder about the form" and I'll "get another email when the form is actually ready."

Any advice here? Yes, I have tried logging out and back in, many times.

Try this procedure -

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
