MO K-1 Deductions for Other States

If one receives a K-1 from the state of MN and I declare that on a MN state return, can I deduct that income on the MO return?

MO K-1 Deductions for Other States

Do you have a K-1 from both Missouri and Minnesota? You would have Missouri Source income from a Missouri K-1 and Minnesota Source income from a Minnesota K-1.

When you go through your state section of TurboTax you will be asked how much income is attributed to each state, so no, you would not deduct it, you would just allocate where the income is from.

Be sure to complete your non-resident return before your resident return.
